What can I say about myself. It's been awhile since I had this profile but I guess I'll tell you a bit about me.

I'm just a strange 26 yr old who knows what he wants out of life for the most part. While I tend to be a big video game fanatic, don't let that scare you from my fun and social side that I have. I try to have fun in everything that I do unless it's school in which case I make the most of it even though I don't want to be there. LOL!!! I do have a bit of social time but it isn't a lot due to working a part-time job while looking for something full-time and dealing with my family (who can be a pain but also can be the people I can count on for just about anything). I've been thinking about my future and decided that education is the route that I plan to go. I'm done with my undergrad and I get to take some time off for about a year before it's back to school for my teaching degree. Which school is up to me to decide but I'm thinking of going to DePaul. I'm a formerly ambitious actor and filmmaker who seems to have settled for the nine to five lifestyle. I did this for my last woman to help her get through school, and now I'm looking for a way out! Well my name is Patrick. And I have never done this before but what the hay I'm just open for anything. Hi I'm Steven, i don't know where to begin here, I am divorced after raising four children with a wonderful Hispanic woman, who I married at the age of twenty two. We married out of necessity, having a child on the way before we actually knew each other. What started out innocently and passionately ended twenty three years later with what they call empty nest syndrome. Some people after being married seem to get closer and closer, we grew farther and farther apart! I guess there's always three sides to every unhappy ending ...that would be hers mine and the truth. She lied to me about her age from the very beginning, and I guess I was just unable to let that go. I ended up straying after about 12 yrs of marriage, never with anyone I cared about though, and I never mislead any women. I eventually admitted that this was our situation, and we lived together in a partnership mode to raise our four children. That seemed to work for them,but unfortunately here I am alone and lonely, a forty five year old man wondering if love is even a possibility. All I am looking for is "simply" real love, if it in fact exists. Real love with an attractive woman that I may share my thoughts with, and be satisfied sexually emotionally with, and who I am free to express my love to while feeling it being reciprocated.

I'm 100% music, art and theatre. If you don't enjoy at least one of those you can just exit this window now! I live in a suburb of Chicago and just graduated from Bradley University. I'm a Chicago sports fan...but mostly I enjoy watching the cubs, and blackhawks. I sing, act, direct, paint, dance, play music and try to do anything that exercises my creativity. I love watching old black and white movies and classic films because I think that they are a great piece of history. Hey, I would say im pretty interesting, I like to talk because I'm Italian and pretty enthusiastic about alot of things whether it be sports or any everyday subject. I would say I am fairly intelligent, I try to be funny and most people are amused, but it doesnt always work out. I'm a big Cubs , Illini, and Bears fan.

I am a pretty easy going guy. I don't like to complicate things, just like to go with the flow. I'm for the most part calm, you would find yourself at ease when you talk to me. My name is Scott. This will be my second time filling this out. I forgot to save my entry last night. So here it goes again. I was born and raised in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. After earning my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Wisconsin, and starting to work professionally in Iowa, I am now living my 3rd year in Chicago.

Although I said, back in the day before going off to college, I want to live back in the Minneapolis, I am now loving Chicago. In fact, I almost feel that Chicago is a better city. Still a fan of my Twins, and Vikings but, also liking the Cubs!

I am currently working in higher education where I am a Resident Director and Director of Campus Recreation and Intramurals. I love what I am doing, but it certainly keeps me busy. It is a 9-5 job plus nights and weekends. Granted, I don't REALLY work those hours. It's just that I tend to work at any time of the day. Most weeks I work the standard 40 hours. Some weeks could be 50 hours and other weeks could be 30. All depends on the time of the year. In addition, there is a lot of my job that is "work" but it is also fun and games.

I absolutely love sailing and my favorite pastime is singing and reading the Twilight series while listening to my awesome music collection on my iPod. I have two brothers and my only wish in life is that someday I'll end up on Broadway in my all time favorite musical "The Phantom of the Opera." I tend to keep to myself but once you get me talking, I can't stop.
I like Boys,Singing,listening to great music, going to the movies,anything that's considered fun..

Concerning my personality, I'm quite shy, awkward, and generally quiet. The exception would be with people that have interests and ideas that are extremely similar to mine, so as to have a meaningful, intelligent conversation. Don't worry, though, I always try to meet new people. In addition, I am also reflective, attentive, thoughtful, kind, and courteous.

Some of the things that bother me are obnoxiousness, rudeness, yelling, fighting, and shallowness (in people). To continue, I'm very political. I guess you can consider me a Left-Wing Libertarian and a Utopian Idealist: in short, a modern day hippie. Additionally, I don't drink, smoke, or do any recreational drugs: never have and never will. Although I don't think that drugs/alcohol should be illegalized, I just see them as a waste of time. In summary, all they really are are disposable commodities used to produce instant gratification and, if used recklessly, long-term physical and psychological harm. To continue, since I'm an ardent environmentalist, I don't drive at all, and don't plan to.
